1.1 Getting Started
1.1.1. How do I order using the MIXS CAFE WEB APP?
It's simple! On the MIXS CAFE WEB APP home screen, just choose pickup and start adding your favourite beverages to your basket. Once you've added all the items you want, tap CHECK OUT to view your order summary. Review your order details, select your payment method, and apply any vouchers you have. Finally, confirm your order by tab the PAY button.
1.1.2. What payment methods are accepted on the MIXS CAFE WEB APP?
We accept MIXS CAFE Wallet, credit/debit cards, e-wallets (e.g., GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go) and online banking (FPX). This store operate using a cashless payment system.
1.1.3. How can I place a scheduled order on MIXS CAFE WEB APP?
If you'd like to schedule a pickup order in advance, here's what you can do:
• Select Pickup.
• Browse the Menu and choose your desired beverages, adding them to your basket
• Click "CHECK OUT" and proceed to the "Your Order" page
• Select your preferred pickup time right below the "Estimated waiting time"
• Review your order details and payment methods then proceed to "Pay"
That's it! Your scheduled order will be processed and ready for pickup at the designated time.
1.1.4. How do I use my voucher on MIXS CAFE WEB APP?
To redeem a voucher, simply follow these steps during checkout:
• Select the items you want to order and add them to your basket
• Proceed to the "CHECKOUT" page
• Tap on "Add voucher", select and apply the voucher
• The voucher value will be apply to your order automatically
• Confirm your order details and payment method, and then tap "Pay" to place your order
That's it! You can enjoy your MIXS CAFE drinks and the discount offered by your voucher.
1.1.5 Why is the hot option not available for all beverages?
Currently, the hot option is only available for our Flavoured Coffee & Coffee Series. However, for other beverages (excluding ice-blended drinks), you can choose the "No Ice" option as an alternative.
1.1.5 Can I order for someone else?
Yes! Just ensure the pickup details (name, phone) are accurate so our staff can confirm when the order is collected.
1.1.7: Is delivery available?
Currently, MIXS Cafe Web App supports pickup only. Stay tuned as we plan to expand to delivery in the future!
1.2 Assistance with your order
1.2.1 Can I add remarks for my order after submitting?
Unfortunately no. Once the order has been submitted, you are unable to add or edit any remarks to the order.
1.2.2 Can I add more items to my submitted order?
Unfortunately no. Once the order has been submitted and accepted, you are unable to amend or add any additional items to the same order. To purchase additional items, you may place a new order instead.
1.2.3 Can I just cancel my order?
We understand that it can be frustrating to keep waiting for your orders and we are truly sorry that cancellations after our outlets have accepted the order cannot be accommodated as our outlets have already started preparing your orders.
1.2.4 How to get my receipt?
After an order is successfully placed, you will receive your receipt along with your order.
1.3 Order experience
1.3.1 How can I request a refund?
We’re sorry that something went wrong with your order! We would like to make it right for you. Please let us know about the issue that you’re facing through Live Chat, within 24 hours upon receiving your order. This allows us to investigate and assess each case as fairly as possible.
Please follow the next steps carefully to request a refund:
• Please check your order history to confirm that the correct item(s) has been placed in your final order list
• Take a clear picture of the items you had received and other relevant photo evidence
• Please engage us through live chat to submit a refund request within 
All requests submitted will require valid refund reasons and clear proof. Any incomplete request will not be processed, and the refund will be rejected.
In situations where more details or proof is required, our team will reach out to you via email, call and WhatsApp. If our team is not able to reach you or there is no response from your end, the refund will be auto-cancelled as well.
Hence, to ensure a smooth refund process, it is crucial that you ensure all details provided are sufficient and accurate upon submission.
Our normal refund review process usually takes up to 7 working days. If you did not receive any update from our Refund Team after 7 working days, please chat with us for more information.
All refund claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You are not able to raise another request if your initial request is cancelled.
1.3.2 Can I file a report on my order after 24 hours?
For any issues with your order, such as missing/incorrect items received, items arrived in poor condition, spillage etc., please file your report within 24 hours upon receiving the order. This allows us to investigate and assess each case as fairly as possible.
1.3.3 Why can’t I find the refund button?
Please take note all refund requests for MIXS CAFE WEB APP orders have to be raised via live chat within 24 hours of the order date and time. 
1.3.4 What should I do if I received a different refund amount than expected?
If there is a discrepancy between the refund amount you should have received and the actual amount received, contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
Do prepare your order ID and proof of refund received (e.g. screenshot) to help us look into your case.
1.3.5 When will I receive my refund?
If your refund was approved, the amount will be credited to your TnGO Wallet or Bank account details (customer to provide) within 24 hours upon successful investigation being carried out.
Refunds for orders paid via credit card will take up to 14 days.

1.3.6 What will happen to my MIXS point after my refund?
When a refund is processed, MIXS CAFE will automatically recover the MIXS point earned associated with the items.
1.3.7 My order was cancelled.
We understand the frustration of your order getting cancelled. It might be due to a few reasons, which include technical difficulties and other unforeseen circumstances. You may try to place your order again in a few moments.
For cancelled orders, the order amount will be automatically returned to your TnGO Wallet or Bank account details (customer to provide) within 24 hours upon cancellation.
Refunds for orders paid via credit card will take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
1.4Account & App Support
1.4.2 I forgot my login password
Use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page to reset it. You’ll receive a reset link via email/SMS.
1.4.3 How do I delete my account?
Please contact our Customer Care via email or Live Chat to initiate an account deletion request.


2. Loyalty program
2.1 What are MIXS Point? 
Point are earned for all drink purchases when a payment amount is made.
Free drinks, purchases discounted to RM 0, or drinks with special indications (eg. Trial drinks or special discounted products) will not earn any Point
2.2 What are the Membership Tiers?
• Tier 1: Bronze – 0 ≤ X < 10 CUPs (0-10)
• Tier 2: Silver – 10≤ X < 50 CUPs (11-50)
• Tier 3: Gold – X ≥ 50 CUPs (51-100)
• Tier 4: Platinum – ≥ 100 CUPs
2.3 What are the Membership Mixspoint for Every Tiers?
• Tier 1: Bronze – RM 1 = 1 point
• Tier 2: Silver – RM 1 = 1.2 point
• Tier 3: Gold – RM 1 = 1.3 point
• Tier 4: Platinum –RM 1 = 1.4 point
2.4 What are MIXS Cups?
Membership tiers are determined by the CUPs you accumulate. Progress through higher tiers by earning more CUPs. Free vouchers do not count towards CUP accumulation.
2.5 What is the Membership progression & validity? (NO EXPIRY)
Initial Qualification:
• When a member earns 10 CUPs for the first time during the validity period, they qualify for Silver and will retain this tier for the remainder of the 365-day validity period.
Tier Upgrades:
• If the member earns 50 CUPs or more during the same 365-day validity period, their tier will be upgraded to Gold immediately.
2.6 How do I redeem vouchers using MIXS Points?
You can browse for available vouchers under Rewards Store/Points tab. After redeeming your desired voucher, you can then view your redeemed vouchers under the Vouchers tab.
2.7 Can I earn MIXS CAFE point if I use a voucher for my order?
Yes, you can still earn MIXS Points on your orders even if they are part of a promotion. However, please note that MIXS points are only awarded for the non-discounted portion of your order and do not include delivery charges. For example, if your order is RM25 and you apply a RM5 discount voucher, you will earn point for the RM20 portion of your order.
